She currently is partnered with Peter Sieglaff working as the Steffan/Sieglaff Team and together they are consistent sales leaders in the Boca Grande market. A degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University in Memphis and her seven years with IBM as a systems engineer laid the groundwork for her hard working “can-do” approach to Real Estate.

A lifetime of community service and dedication to supporting family has molded her into the conscientious real estate advisor that will guide you through your important life style/home buying or selling decisions. She and her husband Michael have four children ages 25-35 working in Baltimore, Philadelphia, New Orleans, and Fort Pierce FL. She enjoys fishing, golf, boating, paddle boarding and cooking.

Peter vacationed on Boca Grande beginning in 1968 and moved to the Island in 1991. He was actively involved in the design and construction of his present and former Island residences. He began his real estate career in 1992 and started two businesses, the Buyer’s Broker of Boca Grande and Boca Grande Outfitters, with his son, Zeke. Peter joined Gulf to Bay in 2004 and has bought or sold over 100 properties on Gasparilla Island. The Steffan/Sieglaff Team represented the Gasparilla Island Conservation and Improvement Association for its purchase of the $20 million 30 acre conservation tract at the gateway to the Island.
